Our School Systems Have Gone Down The Drain

I think all of us can agree that we had a teacher in school that either didn't like you or just didn't appreciate your talents, or the biggest problem with your teachers: they had favorites.
I had a teacher lets name her Mrs. Pocket(not her real name) she had favorites in her class. Well she had a brother that graduated 2 years before us so we knew him well. She wanted to be buddies with everyone who knew her brother. Except for the people who wanted to learn. So i was on the short end of the learning stick.

That woman has rules for her class. The usual:
No phones.
No curse words and so on.
Well everyday the same people have phones out in her class and she does nothing till a nobody pulls out their phones and takes theirs up for no gosh darn reason.
Or you say a word that is kind of offensive (like douche for example) and she writes you up and gives you d-hall. When not two seconds before some popular kid says a whole line of cuss words and not a single thing was done.

The last rant i would like to go on is one time me and our friends were working on a project we weren't talking just looking up answers. Well Mrs. Pocket decides that since we are the "delinquent group" she has to get onto us about not doing our work when the table with the socially elite are making all the noise. I know this sounds one sided but it is true.

Let me give you the biggest mistake ever made by my high school.

We had our annual Miss Kitty Pageant. Three boys brought alcohol and were drunk. Well these boys were on the VARSITY baseball team. So of course our PRINCIPAL tried to cover it all up so they wouldnt get in trouble. He also thought it was funny. People spread the rumor so much that it got to the superintendent and he gave them the right punishment. And these are the same boys that stole their phones off a teachers desk.

Now if that were me, I would have been in jail.  What really grinds my gears is that people that are teachers and principles aren't sticking up for the little man. They protect the "popular kids" and the kids whose parents are on the school board.
I think we should be able to trust the school system but evidently we cant.
They arent doing their jobs and some teachers just cant teach.

So if your with me and believe that our school systems should CHANGE and be EQUAL leave a story of your own stupid teacher or just share an experience you've had with a school you would like to share,
thank you for reading
The Listener.
